Each month Net-Results chooses one of our global channel partners to feature in a “Spotlight” interview. The firm we choose is a Net-Results partner with a compelling offering who is a leader in their industry.  We publish our Partner Spotlights to our blog and in our newsletter for people to learn from their experiences. This month’s interview with Paragon Digital Marketing, an agency that builds strategic search engine marketing campaigns and leverages social media to send highly targeted traffic to their clients’ websites.  Paragon has been serving businesses and non-profits of all sizes for over a decade, and maintains a very active blog focused on inbound marketing and social media. Check out our interview with Zach Luse, Founder/CEO:
Q.  Describe your company in 3 words.
A.  Digital Marketing Excellence (That’s our unofficial tag line but if you know what Paragon means it’s redundant when it appears after our name.)
Q.  What is a common pain point in lead management you see with your customers?
A.  When clients come to us they usually have one of two problems they are trying to solve. They either don’t have enough qualified traffic to their website or they have enough traffic but don’t know how to turn that traffic into leads or customers.
Q.  What is the best part of being a digital marketing agency?
A.  It never gets boring! We get to learn about all kinds of businesses and nonprofits and come up with ways to help them solve sales and marketing problems using ever changing tools and technology.
Q.  What are the 3 most important technology tools you use?
A.  Producteev for task management. Moz.com for managing client SEO projects. And Net-Results of course!
Q.  If you could, what would you automate in your life?
A.  Mornings. Or just skip them completely and start with the kids out of bed and dressed, shower and shave done and coffee in hand.
Q.  What is your favorite social platform for your business & why?
A.  LinkedIn. It’s helped us find resources to grow our agency and a lot of potential clients find us on LinkedIn. On the personal side, I find it amusing that people I barely know constantly endorse me for skills I don’t actually have!
Q.  Worst email subject line you’ve ever seen
A.  The one I forgot to update and sent to thousands of people.
Q.  What are you working on improving in 2014
A.  Our priority this year is to grow our team and develop more efficient internal processes so we can help more clients and continue to grow without sacrificing quality.
Q.  If you could have a superpower what would it be?
A.  The ability to manipulate time. I could stop time before deadlines, go back in time when I say something stupid (that never happens) and slow time down to make my vacations last much longer!
