Customer Journey: The set of interactions that a customer has with a brand in the process of buying a service or product (thanks for the definition, QuestionPro!)

Social media reigns supreme when it comes to a prospect’s customer journey — you can’t afford to slack here.
Social media platforms are essential for building relationships with prospective customers and clients, so be sure to have a great social media strategy in place ASAP.
