A Pile of Goodness for a Proper Start to 2018

The holidays may have slowed us, but they didn’t stop us! We’re excited to announce several improvements that went live while you ate too much 😉

  • Choose which Subscriptions will appear in a Subscription Management Form
If you use lots of Subscription lists, you may not want your subscription management form to display every option. You can now choose which Subscriptions will appear on any given Form, thereby customizing the experience for discreet audience segments.
  • You now have 3 styling (CSS) options when embedding a Form on your website:
    • “Use New Styles” will load your embedded Form with some shiny, new CSS that many customers agree is modern and attractive. Give it a try!
    • “Use Styles From My Site” will load your embedded Form with no styling baked in, allowing the CSS from your website to dictate the appearance of your Form
    • “Use Legacy Styles” will load your Form with the old, less attractive styling that was your only option in the past (and was the reason we added two more options :)All previously existing forms have been set to Use Legacy Styles (but you may change this for any Form at any time)
Any new Forms you create will Use New Styles by default.
  • Easier copying of the code to embed a Form
We added a Copy button you can use to copy the code snippet for embedding your form without having to highlight the code first.
  • Create New List When Setting Up Form Actions
You can now create a new List on the fly straight from the Form Actions tab. No more leaving your Form to create a List!
  • Create New List When Setting Up Campaign Actions
You can now create a new List on the fly straight from the Actions tab in a Nurturing Campaign/Workflow.
  • 3 Email Rendering issues were resolved…
    • The update of the Gmail App for iOS caused some rendering issues where some content was not centering properly. Fixed.
    • In the email builder, if you changed the color of a link, a space was being added after the link. That’s been solved.
    • We also trimmed down the amount of HTML used in email templates a bit. This will reduce the “clipping” of larger emails. We expect to make more progress here in the future.
  • We fixed an issue with the search bar on the Contact Custom Fields page
  • We converted more of the backend code for SugarCRM syncs to use their latest API
