Net-Results (where I’m founder and CEO) is a marketing automation/lead nurturing platform that’s ready for GDPR compliance.
At a high level, compliance includes things like…

  • Consent: Net-Results’ website visitor tracking may be set into “opt-in” mode where visitors’ onsite behavior is only captured after affirmative consent (our customers can expect communication from us on this soon)
  • Right to Be Forgotten: Customers of Net-Results are able to easily self-manage deletion requests
  • Further Processing: Net-Results does not engage in “further processing” beyond that initiated by customers
  • Data Breach Notification: Net-Results has policies and procedures in place, should a breach occur, to notify customers (data controllers) and authorities appropriately

It’s also clear that all of our major competitors in the marketing automation space including Marketo, Pardot, Hubspot, Eloqua, Act-On, and others either are or have already updated their platforms, policies, and procedures for compliance as well.
No vendor of any size will be rolling the dice on this. Everyone is taking it seriously as you’d expect.
